The way to bypass the Lock Screen is to not use a password.
You need to go to your Account Settings and change your Password to a blank box. When it comes time to enter the new password, put nothing in the box. You might need to click on it though.
Since you would then have no password, you won't be asked at boot, restart, or waking from sleep. Although when waking from sleep you may need to click on the link as though you had entered a password.
You need to be using a LOCAL Account to do this. It doesn't work with a Microsoft Account.
